Proof of Delivery
At Dynamic, we believe you should be the first to know when your consignment is correctly and safely delivered.
And just as our courier service is tailored to your own requirements, so we provide a proof of delivery that works best for you and your business. Proof of Delivery (POD) - comprising the name of the signatory and delivery time - is printed on every invoice.
All our services carry an option for POD by email. You can check our website for online verification of PODs. This service is available free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition, POD can be faxed or emailed once your Overnight and International deliveries are complete. And for Dynamic's Dedicated Vehicle deliveries, we offer instant POD confirmation by telephone, email, SMS text or fax.
So whatever your package, Dynamic delivery gives you the service - and the information - you need. We'll check just which POD option you prefer at the time of booking.
