Dynamic puts a variety of insurance policies in place to protect your goods in the very unlikely event of loss or damage.
Overnight and international deliveries
Limited liability is calculated at a rate of £10.00 per consignment kilo.
Dedicated vehicle deliveries
Cover of up to £15,000 for goods in transit comes as standard with our ‘dedicated vehicle’ service. Please note that this cover applies only to goods whilst in transit. If a customer requires that goods are held in the vehicle overnight, then additional insurance is advisable. Ideally, we like to collect and deliver on the same day so that no such overnight risks are incurred.
A word of advice…
In common with most standard insurance policies, our cover does not automatically include consequential loss. In other words, cover extends only to the value of the goods themselves and not to any additional value the goods may have to you or your organisation. For example, unless specifically insured, a document is ‘worth’ only the paper on which it is written. You may wish to consider additional insurance to cover any consequential losses.
