1 I have a tender document for delivery. How should I proceed?
Dynamic are specialists in the secure delivery of urgent or sensitive items such as tender documents. Our Dedicated Vehicle service is ideal for such deliveries, ensuring that your valuable and time-critical package is transported directly, safely and rapidly to your nominated recipient.
Simply supply us with the delivery deadline and address and we will advise you of the latest collection time to ensure on-time delivery. For your complete peace of mind, we’ll inform you as soon as your tender document is delivered.

2 My item is very fragile. How can I be sure it stays safe?
We strongly advise our Dedicated Vehicle service for the transport of fragile items. Our driver will secure your item safely in the rear of his vehicle and drive it immediately to its destination. No other parcels will travel with it, and it will not leave the vehicle until it arrives at its delivery point. Our Dedicated Vehicle service is the safest way to move any parcel.
Should you wish to opt instead for our Overnight service, we suggest that you read our Overnight page to understand how this works. Please understand that you would be fully responsible for packaging your fragile item in such a manner that it can be safely moved using this automated system.

3 I have a laptop to transport. What do you advise?
Because laptops are fragile and valuable items that cost a lot to repair, we recommend that you use our Dedicated Vehicle service.
However, should you wish to use the Overnight service, please read the insurance page to check that you are happy with the cover provided.

4 Can you package my item?
No, we do not provide a packaging service.

5 What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made either by cheque, credit card or debit card. Cheques must be handed to the driver on collection or delivery. We do not accept cash payments.

6 What is the latest time I can book a delivery?
Our Dedicated Vehicle service is available 24 hours a day, and can be booked whenever you require. Our Overnight and International services must be booked before 3pm to ensure collection that day.

7 What is the latest you will collect or deliver?
Our Dedicated Vehicle service operates 24 hours a day.
Collections for our Overnight and International services take place between 9am and 4pm. Standard overnight deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm the following working day, although upgraded services are available. Please see the Overnight page for details.

8 Can you deliver to a specific person?
Yes, certainly. When you use our Dedicated Vehicle service you may nominate a specific person to sign for your package. In this case your delivery will not be released to anyone else without your authorisation.

9 Can you deliver without a signatory present?
Provided you request this at the time of booking, we can do this on our Dedicated Vehicle service only.
For all other Dedicated Vehicle deliveries a signatory must be specified. Should your nominated signatory be unavailable when we arrive, we will liaise directly with you to determine your instructions.

10 Can you collect and deliver to private addresses?
Our Dedicated Vehicle service delivers to any UK address you nominate. On our Overnight service however we can attempt but not guarantee delivery to private addresses. To ensure delivery on our Overnight service, we recommend you organise delivery to a business address.

11 I have bought / sold an item on eBay. Can you move it?
We can indeed. However as items traded on eBay vary widely, please call us to discuss your requirements so that we can identify the most cost-effective delivery for you.

12 How are your prices calculated?
We provide immediate, no-obligation quotes for all our services. Please check that you have all relevant details to hand before requesting your quote, as follows.
Dedicated Vehicle prices depend upon the size of vehicle required and the distance it has to travel. Please ensure you know the size and weight of your package(s) and the collection and delivery postcodes.
Our Overnight service prices are calculated from the size and weight of the package and by your delivery deadline.
Our International deliveries are priced using the size and weight of the package and the destination area code.

13 How long will my delivery take?
Dedicated Vehicle deliveries will be made as soon as possible after collection. Upon booking we can advise you of an estimated time of arrival (ETA) however, please bear in mind that our drivers are subject to the same potential traffic delays as all road users. Should your delivery be delayed we will contact you promptly and advise you of the revised ETA.

14 What size vehicle do I need?
We are always happy to advise you on the best vehicle for your delivery. You can find details of our range of vehicles on the fleet page.

15 Do you operate motorcycle couriers?
No, our fleet comprises cars, vans and larger vehicles.

16 Can I leave a parcel at your office to deliver?
No, we collect all items for delivery from a business or private address.

17 Can I contact a driver directly?
We keep in close touch with all our drivers and liaise with our customers accordingly. Only under exceptional circumstances and with his or her express permission would we provide customers with a driver’s phone number.

18 Am I covered for consequential loss?
No, we cannot provide cover for this type of loss, but you are welcome to make your own arrangements for this kind of additional cover if necessary.
